Job Description
Responsibilities :
  • Mastering and maintaining knowledge in both current and emerging web technologies
  • Collaborate with software developers and configuration owner to plan, design, develop, test and maintain all solutions.
  • Design, develop, and test applications in accordance with established standards.
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
  • Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems. Adhere to high-quality development principles and standards while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Must have Technical Key Skills : ASP.Net MVC, C#.Net, Web API, WCF, Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, SQL Server, HTML5 (Bootstrap)
One should qualify following process to get enroll:
  • Objective and Subjective Type Written (15 to 20 Questions, 15-20 Minutes)
  • Machine Test Practical 1hr. ,(CRUD Operation)
  • F2F Technical HR Round.
  • Candidates will be finalized when he/she will successfully qualify all 3 rounds

Purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for our software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
  • Support queries from customers and verify issues faced
  • Interface with technology team to solve issues in defined timeline
  • Train customers on various features of SIPL software solutions
  • Analysis of customer issues, queries and improve response mechanism
  • Interact with Product owner when required to report on the defect analysis, testing progress, and product functionality.
  • Analyze test results and track product testing metrics.
  • Prepare and present test reports.
  • Change Management - Track and deliver change requests.
  • Follow ups over e-mails and calls for sales to new and existing client.
  • Follow ups with old clients over e-mails & calls for chasing new requirements.
  • Mailing satisfactory letter after order is completed.
  • Constantly in touch with old clients.
  • Sending Introduction Marketing mails to Clients.
